Essential Oil Treatments for Leucorrhea

Leucorrhea is a thick white/yellowish vaginal mucus discharge, caused by inflammation due to an infection or hormone imbalance. As such, hormone balancing essential oils will help, either diffused or used in a massage or bath oil. Aromatherapy using any essential oils with antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties is also an effective cure, particularly rosemary, oregano and sandalwood.

Amaranth root is an antibacterial that is particularly beneficial where the reproductive organs are concerned, and can be added to water and drunk twice a day. Sandalwood oil taken twice a day will also help.

Take 15-20 drops of your preferred essential oils for leucorrhea and mix with 2 ounces of carrier oil of your choosing. Apply the mixture into the water only after the water has stopped flowing. Add the mixture while the water is running to evaporate the mixture and
reduce the potency. Sit and soak in water for 10-15 minutes.
