The Green Mandarin essential oil has an orange-yellowish liquid complexion with an intensely sweet, floral, citrus odor. The essential oil blends well with other citrus oils especially neroli and spice oils including clove, cinnamon, nutmeg.
The Green Mandarin colored fruit is clearly underdeveloped and possesses a different natural chemistry to its yellow and red fruit variant which will cultivated in later months. The Green Mandarin variant contains less natural sugars resulting in a far sharper aroma than the red variant.
