Energy and Fatigue
One of the most common problems that people turn to essential oils is from the lack of energy and tiredness they are feeling. If you are tired of the expensive energy drinks and pills that you are having to buy that are making you feel even worse, you can really benefit from essential oils. If you want to rejuvenate your body after a long day at work or after a gym workout, try peppermint oil.
Extreme low energy or fatigue are conditions in which the sufferer experiences feelings of extreme physical and mental tiredness or exhaustion, which at an extreme or chronic level can become disabling, rendering them unable to go about their daily lives, often requiring them to remain in bed for prolonged periods of time. Fatigue can be triggered by mental or physical causes, and can be alleviated by extensive bed rest; it is a distinct condition from physical weakness, and is a highly subjective experience. Regarding its historical treatment, there are a number of natural remedies, including essential oils, which are used to boost energy levels and overcome or prevent fatigue, most notably the citrus family, including orange, grapefruit and lemon oil, which can be added to aromatherapy baths.
If you are just craving more energy, try any type of citrus oil, such as orange oil, they will help and smell amazing too. You will be left feeling more focused and motivated that you ever have before. They will also lift your mood so you can use them in the peppermint mixture to reduce the feeling of being run down.
