Physical pain is a broad spectrum term that incorporates the many different forms of physical pain that humans can experience, ranging from mild to severe, and comes in many different forms, from sharp pains, to dull aches. Pain is a symptom of many different conditions, and can occur anywhere on or in the body; some forms of chronic pain include back pain, headaches/migraines, muscular pain or cramps, joint and bone pain, and menstrual pain. There have long been natural forms of pain relief, in the form of natural anti-inflammatories, numbing agents, nerve-relieving and calming substances, some of which can be very effective.
